The effect of IP6 on the protein levels of β-catenin and COX-2 in rats with AOM-induced colon carcinogenesis. IP6 decreases the protein expression of β-catenin (a) and COX-2 (b) in a dose-dependent manner. Protein expression was normalized to the β-actin control.
