HTm4 expression in human normal tissues by Western blotting. Medley human tissue lysate (Clontech) was loaded in each lane. The membrane was detected by 2 ug/ml anti-HTm4 antibody as primary antibody at RT for 1 hr. After four 15 min. wash, membrane was incubated with 1:5000 diluted anti-rabbit-HRP secondary antibody for 1 hr (Actin was used for normalization).
