CK induces Bid translocation in human gastric carcinoma cells. (A) Effect of the site-specific morphology of Bid in human gastric carcinoma cells induced by CK treatment. Cells were treated with 5.0 μmol/l of CK for 24 hrs. The cellular locations of Bid were determined by immunofluorescence assay. DAPI and Hsp60 represent nucleus and mitochondria staining, respectively. Images were captured by fluorescence microscopy. Magnification, 400×. (B) Expression of cytosolic, nuclear and mitochondrial Bid and cytochrome c in human gastric carcinoma cells with CK treatment. Cells were treated with 5.0 μmol/l of CK for 24 hrs.
