Flow cytometry of isolated trophoblast cells stained with the antibodies GZ 112 and GZ 158 in comparison to the negative control antibody and the positive control, the anti-HLA-G antibody MEM/G9 (Exbio Praha, Vestec, Czech Republic), which is known to bind to the surface of extravillous trophoblast and cell islands of villous trophoblast. The histograms are gated on viable cells based on light scatter. All antibodies are of IgG1 isotype.
