Differentiation study after c-MYC expression changes. Adipogenic cells are stained with Oil Red O and Osteogenic cells are stained with Alizarin Red S. After c-MYC knockdown, differentiation ability of hUCB-MSCs is decreased in both adipogenic and osteogenic differentiation study.
