Time-dependent western blot analysis of proteolytic LC3, JNK activation and cytochrome c by incubation with papuamine at 10 μM. Cells were incubated with 10 μM papuamine for the indicated times, and samples were prepared as described in Materials and methods. The expression of the indicated proteins was analyzed by western blot analysis using the expression of β-actin as a loading control. Data shown are representative of a minimum of three independent experiments.
