Inhibition of the FGF7 or FGF10-stimulated growth by MAPK inhibitor U0126 in AM-1 cells. AM-1 cells were treated with 1 or 10 μM U0126 for 1 h before stimulation with 10 ng/ml of FGF7 (A) or FGF10 (B). The proliferation of AM-1 cells stimulated with FGF7 or FGF10 was significantly inhibited by adding U0126. Results of the proliferation assay are expressed as mean ± SE. *p<0.05, **p<0.01.
