Cultured macrophages were pretreated with 1/mL extract of AR, AMR, SR and YPFS separately for 3 hours; thirty µg/mL Zymonsan A was used as a positive control. The procedures of phagocytosis were followed by the protocol of Vybrant TM phagocytosis assay kit (V-6694).
