The miR-30e-expressing lentivirus increased mature miR-30e in primarily cultured mouse marrow stromal cells (a). In the presence of AIM, miR-30e-expressing lentivirus promoted adipocyte formation (b and c), increased mRNA levels of PPARγ, C/EBPα, C/EBPβ and aP2 (d) and induced protein levels of PPARγ, C/EBPα and aP2 (e).
