Effect of milrinone and cilostazol on epicardial (Epi) notch parameters: notch magnitude (as % of Phase 0 amplitude), phase 0 to phase 2 (Ph 0–Ph 2) interval (time between the first 2 peaks of the derivative of the action potential (AP)) and notch index (notch magnitude x Ph 0 to Ph 2 interval). Notch parameters are measured form right ventricular APs in which the dome was maintained. Results are mean ± S.E.M. * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01 vs. control.## p < 0.01 vs. NS5806+verapamil combination (Brugada-model). n=7 for B, E and H, n=6 for C, F and I.
