Specific ROI are depicted with spheres with diameters proportional to the ROI size (i.e., the number of voxels). Notice that the atlas has both cortical and subcortical components. To give an estimation, as each voxel is about 4 cubic millimeters (see Materials and Methods), the ROI average size (≈150 voxels) is equivalent to a 3D cube of 21 mm edge. Biggest ROI (≈600 voxels) corresponds to 3D cubes of 34 mm edge.
