Reinstatement of nicotine-seeking by a priming injection of nicotine after extinction in monkeys. The PPAR-α agonist WY14643 (20 or 40 mg/kg i.p.) dose-dependently reduced the reinstatement of extinguished nicotine-seeking responses.
