Many ncHARs overlap regions with enhancer activity. The VISTA Enhancer Browser has tested the ability of nearly 1900 human and mouse sequences to drive expression in E11.5 transient transgenic mice. The 23 listed ncHARs overlap a positive element from VISTA. Aliases for elements discovered in more than one study are given in footnotes.
