Spleen cells from mice were stimulated in vitro with 10 μg/ml MOG35–55 peptide and anti-CD3/CD28 for 3 d. Lymphocyte proliferation production of cells was measured by 3H-TdR incorporation (mean ± SD of triplicate). Symbols represent mean values and SD of 6–8 mice from each group. *p<0.05, **p<0.01, comparison between untreated-EAE group and other groups. #p<0.05, ##p<0.01, comparison between i.n. group and i.v. injection group. There was no significant difference between the i.n. delivery and untreated-EAE group.
