A confluent monolayer of cells was treated with either 100 µM DHPG, 20 µM MPEP (A) or 20 µM MTEP (B). The effect of mGluR5 on cell growth was evaluated using the MTT assay. There were no significant differences between the three groups by one-way ANOVA.
