A) DUSP1 mRNA levels after VACV infection. HeLa cells were infected with WR, MVA or NYVAC at a MOI of 5 and samples from 2, 6 and 16 hours post-infection were assayed by RT-PCR. B) DUSP1 protein levels after VACV infection. HeLa cells were mock-infected or infected as in A) and equal amounts of protein from cell extracts were analyzed by Western Blot using specific antibodies against DUSP1, P-DUSP1 or tubulin.
