CD14⁺ cells (30×10³ cells/well), positively selected from PBMC, were incubated for 20 hours in ELISpot plates in the presence of TGF-β (10 ng/ml) and Polymyxin B (10 µg/ml) with or without Enbrel (50 µg/ml). Black bars indicate apoE spot number without Enbrel and grey bars with Enbrel. Inflammatory cytokines were added at 10 ng/ml.
