(A) Gata2^+/− mice were crossed with mice carrying an Scl+19 reporter (Scl-3′enh/SV/lacZ) to produce Gata2^+/− Scl-3′enh/SV/lacZ mice. These were re-crossed with Gata2^+/− mice, from which E9.5 embryos were collected and genotyped for Gata2 and Scl-3′enh/SV/lacZ phenotypes.
