The original yeast 2-hybrid screen identified Csn5 and Csn7 from a human liver library as interaction partners of the IKK2-bait. Testing all CSN subunits revealed interaction of IKK2 with Csn3, Csn4, Csn5 and Csn7. Shown is the growth of yeast colonies on quadruple-selection medium (minus Leu, Trp, Ade, His).
