A–E, RENCA cells were treated with IFNα for the indicated times. mRNA expression for Slfn2 (A), Slfn3 (B), Slfn4 (C), Slfn5 (D), Slfn8 (E), and Slfn1 (F) was measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR using specific primers and was normalized to GAPDH.
