Deletion mutants of miR-29 binding sites. Putative miR-29 binding sites (marked with ± in Fig. 8) in the miR-29 target genes were deleted from pMIR-REPORT Luciferase vectors. Luciferase activity was quantified in the RAW264.7 cells co-transfected with a miR-29c inhibitor or a scrambled nontargeting control and normalized to β-galactosidase activity.
