AtFer1 expression is altered in phr1-3 mutant in response to phosphate starvation. In both experiments, relative transcript levels were assayed by RT-qPCR relative to an internal control (At1g13320) using the 2^−ΔΔCP method. Values are presented as the means of 3 points ± S.D.
