Airborne PCB-induced perturbations in RWPE-1 cell growth and decreased level of clonogenic survival. Asynchronously growing cultures of RWPE-1 cells were given fresh complete media daily containing 3μM PCBs for 5 days. Monolayer cultures were trypsinized, and cell numbers counted from day 1 to day 5 (Panel A). Panel B shows the data from the cells that were plated for clonogenic cell survival.
