CTGF-siRNA decreases proliferation index of HTFs. HTFs were stimulated with TGF-β 2 for 48 h after cells were transfected with CTGF-siRNA or control siRNA. PI of HTFs was calculated according to cell cycle analyzed by flow cytometry. CTGF-siRNA decreased the PI of TGF-β 2 treated cells.
