Tc-SAHH and Hs-SAHH fully reconstituted with NAD+ (both enzymes at 9.07 μM) were incubated with ribavirin (0-1.8 mM) and 50 μM NAD+ in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.2), 1 mM EDTA at 37 °C.
