HuR deletion in Th17 cells impairs cellular proliferation. CD4+ T cells were isolated from spleens of control and HuR KO mice, labeled with CFSE, and cultured under Th17-polarizing conditions for 5 d. Cell proliferation was measured by flow cytometry assay. HuR KO Th17 cells had reduced proliferation as compared with WT Th17 cells.
