Transcriptional expression levels of eight OY-M genes in insect and plant hosts. Relative quantification of rrnB, rpsJ, gyrB, PAM289, mdlB, hflB, himA, and dammRNA expression in insect and plant hosts was performed by qRT-PCR and the results were normalized against tufB. The PAM289 data graph was redrawn based on previous data (Oshima et al. 2011).
