WHO clinical diagnostic criteria for serrated polyposis

Individuals meeting any of the following criteria

  1. >≥ five serrated polyps proximal to the sigmoid colon with at least two greater than 10 mm

  2. at least one serrated polyp proximal to the sigmoid colon in an individual who has a first-degree relative with serrated polyposis

  3. > 20 serrated polyps of any size, but distributed throughout the colon
