A: The number of ASCs (CD34 positive) cells from both marked SVF cells (white arrowheads) and un-marked (yellow arrowheads) decreased over time. Almost all the survived SVF cells were CD34 positive by day 7, non-CD34 positive SVF cells (red arrowheads) can’t be detected after day 4. B: The CD34 positive cells migrated to the peripheral edge (red dotted line) over time, some of them even crossed the peripheral edge (white arrowhead). Scale bars = 50μm.
