Immunocytochemistry of JEG-3 cells after incubation with U0126 and LIF. Cells were settled and incubated overnight on microscope slides, where they are attached and then treated 2 h with or without 10 mM U0126, and subsequently stimulated or not with 10 ng/mL LIF.
