The GS5 cells were treated with varying amounts of FLV (as indicated) or similar amount of the solvent (DMSO). Total RNAs isolated from these cells were subjected to real-time RT-PCR. The RNA level in the cells without FLV or DMSO was considered as one and relative RNAs were calculated in treated samples as described in the legend to Fig. 1.
