mAb 2C7 blocks the aggregation between PC3-mm2 and MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts but not Cad11-mediated migration and invasion. (A) mAb 2C7 showed a dose-dependent inhibition of aggregation with maximal inhibition at 10 μg/ml. Results from the 3 h assay are shown. (B) PC3-mm2 (green) and MC3T3-E1 (red) formed mixed aggregates in the presence of calcium. Addition of mAb 2C7 blocks the Ca2+-induced PC3-mm2/MC3T3-E1 osteoblast aggregation.
