Effect of metabolic stress on cytosolic ATP levels in MPT cells from α1^-/- and α2^-/- KO mice. MPT cells from α1^-/- mice or α2^-/- KO mice, or their WT controls, were subjected to graded ATP depletion by incubation in the presence of antimycin (2 μM) and varying concentrations of dextrose for 4 hrs. Cell ATP levels were measured and normalized to cell protein content.
