Comparison of the ratio of DNA methylation in the two groups. Genomic DNA was isolated using the Tissue Gen DNA kit. The determination of SST DNA methylation for all the modified genomic DNA was performed using qMSP. The objective products of the qMSP were verified using a sequence assay.
