Effect of cholbut SLN and sodium butyrate(NaBut) on cell clonogenicity was tested by colony forming assay. (A) HT29, HCT116, HCT15 and PC-3 cells (500 per well) were seeded in six-well plates and treated with each drug at the indicated concentrations for 72 h. The medium was then changed and cells were cultured for additional 10 days and subsequently fixed and stained with crystal violet. (B) Summary results for the inhibition of clonogenicity.
