Effect of cholbut SLN on Akt phosphorylation in HCT15 (A), HCT116 (B), HT29 (C) and PC-3 (D). Cells were treated with 100 μM cholbut SLN for 8, 24 or 48 h and subsequently incubated with fresh media containing (0.01 μM) PMA to induce Akt phosphorylation, which was then evaluated by Western blot in the cell lysates.
