Effects of TGF‐β on sham and CHF‐derived c‐Kit+ cells. c‐Kit+ cells were isolated from sham or CHF EDCs and treated with 10 ng of TGF‐β1 for 7 days. A, TGF‐β caused morphology changes in both sham and CHF‐derived c‐Kit+ cells typical for EMT.
