Separation of the antimicrobial lipopeptide from acidic methanol extract by using reversed-phase HPLC. Chromatogram profile of acidic methanol extract showed three peaks (a, b, and c) and among these fractions, fraction c (lipopeptide) showed antimicrobial activity (A).
