(c) Brain sagittal sections from AGO61-KO and WT pups at embryonic day 17.5 were stained with anti-nestin and anti-laminin antibodies used as primary antibodies, and then with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-rat IgG (green) and Alexa Fluor 595-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG (red) used as secondary antibodies, respectively. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
