Forty-eight hours after cultivation of the yeast, the display of NAs on yeast was examined by immunofluorescence staining using an anti-FLAG M2 mouse IgG antibody followed by an Alexa Flour 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody. The yeast suspension was transferred onto a glass slide and observed under a fluorescence microscope. Scale bars indicate 5 μm.
