Gr-1^high/CD48⁻ immature neutrophils purified from BM of C57BL/6 mice (CD45.2) were co-cultured for 6 days with BM feeder cells from B6 SJL mice (CD45.1) in the presence of 10 ng/ml GM-CSF alone (top panels), GM-CSF and 10 ng/ml IL-4 (middle panels), or GM-CSF and 10 ng/ml IFNγ (bottom panels). The samples were examined for surface expression of the indicated markers within the CD45.2⁺/CD45.1⁻ gated populations. Blue lines indicate staining profiles with isotype-matched control IgG.
