Cell proliferation after down-regulation or over-expression of GINS2 in HL60 cells respectively. A, Down-regulation of GINS2 expression showed that colony-forming activities in psiGINS2-2 group decreased significantly on soft agar through counting numbers of colonies (1,psiGINS2-2, 2,NC siRNA and 3,untreated control).
