List of cytokines with transcripts up-regulated by HdCDT. Primary human BJ fibroblasts were exposed to HdCDT for 8 days and the expression levels of several cytokine transcripts were determined by RT² Profiler PCR Array. The presented numbers indicate fold induction (measured in three separate arrays) over control cycling cells, arbitrarily defined as unity.
