Overview of generated CD7/β3 and CD7/VCAM-1 fusion proteins. The sequences of the beginning and the end of the CD7/β3 and CD7/VCAM-1 protein sequences are depicted. Four different chimeras with different fusion sites between CD7/β3 and CD7/VCAM-1 and a corresponding control lacking the intracellular part were generated. In addition, native CD7 was used as a control.
