Phagocytosis by murine macrophage-like J774.1 cells of E. rhusiopathiae treated with normal sera (A) or antisera against CbpB (B). A suspension of J774.1 cells (10⁶) was incubated with strain Fujisawa (10⁷ CFU) under rotation at 37°C for 60 min.
