NCL does not significantly affect DENV RNA replication or protein translation. (A) qRT-PCR of viral RNA extracted from DENV-infected (MOI, 3) HEK293 cells after treatment with AS1411. Samples were analyzed using primers to DENV and normalized to GAPDH.
