Suppression of IFN-β production by EGFP-Us11. HEK293T cells stably expressing EGFP or EGFP-Us11 were infected with SeV (100 hemagglutinating units/ml). Relative expression of IFN-β mRNA (A) and IFN-stimulated transcripts CCL5, ISG15, and ISG56 (B to D) was analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR at 14 h postinfection and normalized to the level of GAPDH mRNA.
