(A) ChIP assays in vivo. Lean or diet-induced obese mice were fed or fasted for 16 h and livers from four mice per experimental group were pooled and ChIP assays were performed. SIRT1 occupancy and gene activation or repression histone modifications at the Nampt and Sirt1 genes and the Gapdh gene as a control were detected by semi-qPCR analysis.
