300 nM of recombinant protein were incubated with 10000 cpm of R1.1 substrate at 37°C in a reaction buffer with MgCl₂ (A) or MnCl₂ (B) and different pH, ranging from 5.2 to 7.3. These experiments were performed at least in triplicate.
