Exemestane inhibits UVA-stimulated ROS production in murine 308 keratinocytes. Cells plated in 24-well plates were treated with exemestane for 24 h. After incubation with 20 μM DCFDA for 30 min, cells were exposed to 5 or 10 J/cm² UVA, and fluorescence intensity was measured as indicator of ROS production in the cells. Cells that received no treatment were controls. SDs for all measurements were less than 10%.
